10 More Ways to earn extra cash this month

1. Rent out a spare room in your home

Please use caution when dealing with any unfamiliar people! If you are not someone who enjoys sharing your personal space and especially with strangers, then this may not be the best option for you. However; if you have an extra living space which can be rented out for a few days, why not give Air BNB a try?

2. Drive for Uber or Lyft

If you have a fairly new model vehicle and don’t mind being behind the wheel for a few hours at a time, you might consider becoming a driver for Uber, Lyft or both. Each company offers different perks such as meeting tons of new people. So be sure to check both of them out.

3. Cash out rewards from apps

You have to eat right? Then why not earn cashback on items that you are already purchasing! Earn cashback from apps that you are already using such as Ibotta. First, you would need to download Ibotta from your Apple Store or Google Play Store. Then, link your grocery store loyalty card with Ibotta to receive the rebates before you shop. Look for any bonuses offered and start earning rewards.

4. Teach or tutor kids

Are you fluent in English and have at least a bachelor’s degree? Do kids love you? If so, how about snagging a job with sites like Qkids or VIP Kids which allow you to teach students online. Schedules are flexible and the pay is good!

5. Sell unused gift cards

Have you ever received a gift card from someone and knew immediately that you weren’t going to use it? If that’s the case, no need to worry. Sites like Raise or Cardpool can help you with this. However; if you need the cash in your hands immediately, you can always find a yellow gift card exchange kiosk in your city and exchange your gift card for cash.

6. Rent out your baby gear

Have your little ones outgrown their baby items? You may want to think twice before you donate everything. How about renting out the items you no longer need via apps like Go Baby? Go Baby is a peer to peer rental marketplace that helps families reduce the stress of traveling by leaving their cumbersome strollers, baby seats and Pack ‘n Plays at home.

7. Place ads on your car

If you don’t mind wrapping your car with ads, companies like Carvertise or Wrapify will pay you to do so. The more you drive, the more exposure the businesses get, so they are willing to pay a premium to those who drive a lot of miles.

8. Test apps and websites

Are you interested in making the web a better place? Then why not answer questions about the functionality, usability, and design of websites and apps! Sites like Userbob, Enroll, Userfeel.com, Analysia.com, Whatusersdo.com, and Trymyui.com will pay you to do just that! This gig can certainly bring in a few dollars. However; because there are significantly more testers than customers, you may not qualify to test a bunch of sites every day.

9. Sell services online

Are you a creative? Do you enjoy graphics & design, writing, music, gaming, business, etc.? If so, then this job might be for you! Sign up as a freelancer and offer your services on sites like Fiverr, or Freelancer. Set your own price and decide on the time frame that’s best for you and the customer.

10. Hang out with dogs

Do you love man’s best friend? If you are still reading, then I will take that as a YES! Become a pet sitter with apps such as Rover or Wag Walking. Customers will pay you to walk, sit or board their dogs. In addition, you may also be requested to provide photos or text messages regarding your new companion’s progress.

I hope that part 2 of this list was helpful for you! Drop me a line to let me know if any of these were a win!
